If a party decoration kit, balloon pack, or accessory arrives defective, torn, missing essential components, or deviates from the ordered design model, you must request a fresh exchange or credit refund within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a festive product claim, the items must be completely unused, uninflated, untangled, and kept in their original pristine retail packaging with all factory barcodes and labels fully intact.
3.2 Used Festive Item & Post-Event Exclusions
To maintain strict hygiene, quality control, and safety standards across our network, any items that have been inflated, strung up onto arches, filled with confetti, taped to walls, or reported after the scheduled event date cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. All returned items undergo mandatory physical inspections to match our outbound warehouse ledger.
3.3 Quality Assessment & Financial Replenishment
Once your party payload is safely received back at our central fulfillment hub, it undergoes a rigorous inspection scan to verify its structural integrity and manufacturing origin. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial refunds within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and safe courier arrangements for verified warehouse oversights or shipping errors will be fully managed and covered by Celebratepop.
